One of our most important values is to treat people how they would like to be treated and we try to achieve this at Earlex by being a good employer and by playing our part in our local community. Earlex prides itself on making a contribution to the community in which our people work and live and as part of this programme we are involved in events throughout the year with selected local charities.

Each year we select a community charity to become the focus for our fund-raising throughout the year. This year we are proud to support the Disability Challengers. This is a very special charity created around the concept that "play" acts as essential "scaffolding" to help disabled children develop socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically.

In addition we also continue to support the event activities of the Lions Club of Guildford, Surrey, including their annual raft race in July and the Stoke Park Fireworks display in November.
